Free shipping in Spain; to the rest of the European Union, from 15 € per order depending on the country. The deck leaves the workshop within 72 hours and, in Spain, arrives in 3–5 working days.
Where we ship
To Spain (mainland and the Balearic Islands) and to 24 other European Union countries: all of them except Cyprus and Malta. Outside Spain the shipment is handled by a logistics partner we work with, and the parcel leaves the same workshop.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or the EU overseas territories: they are outside the VAT area and the parcel would arrive with taxes and customs fees the price does not cover. Nor do we ship outside the EU (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Andorra…). And, for now, not to Cyprus or Malta either: we do not have a rate for them yet. The form only accepts addresses in the area we serve; if an order from elsewhere gets through anyway, we cancel it and refund you in full.
What it costs
In Spain, nothing: shipping is included in the 89 € of the deck, with no minimum order and no surcharge for ordering several decks at once. To the rest of the European Union, from 15 € to 25 € per order depending on the country, whatever the number of decks: the table below shows the rate for each country, and you see it in the summary before paying.

How long it takes
Two timings, and you have to add them up:
- Production: up to 72 hours from the moment the payment lands. This is where the deck is printed and packed.
- Transit in Spain: 3–5 working days from when it leaves the workshop.
- Transit to the rest of the EU: we do not give a fixed time yet, because we have only just started shipping abroad and would rather not promise a number we have not measured. We send you the tracking as soon as the parcel leaves.
The timing does not depend on your design: a deck with a photograph takes as long as one with a single word. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not working days, and over Christmas the couriers can run slower than usual.
The deck is printed by an external workshop in Spain. The order, the payment and the support are ours: if something goes wrong, you tell us and not the printer.
Tracking
When the deck leaves the workshop we email you the tracking number. It also appears on your order page, which you reach from the link in the confirmation email.
If the address is wrong
Write to us at skateboardpersonalizado@gmail.com as soon as you notice. If the deck has not left yet, we change the address at no cost. If it is already with the courier, sometimes it can be rerouted and sometimes not, and outside Spain the courier may charge for the reroute: we will tell you which case it is.
If it does not arrive
If the timing runs well over, if the parcel is lost, or if it arrives damaged, email us and we sort it out: we reprint it or refund you. The detail is on the returns and refunds page.
