If you are writing about an order
Have your order number to hand: it is in the confirmation email and on your order page. With it we can see where the deck is in a moment.
If the deck arrived damaged or badly printed, attach a photo of it exactly as it reached you. It saves an email each way and gets it fixed sooner.
