This is the part sellers differ on most, so it's worth being blunt about it: the deck ships bare. If you want to ride it, the griptape and the parts are extra: the griptape arrives already fitted, the parts arrive loose.

Shipping: free in Spain, from 15 € to the rest of the EU
Outside Spain there are three rates, 15 to 25 € depending on the country. It is one surcharge per order, not per deck, and you see it as soon as you pick the country, before paying. Inside Spain shipping is free and the printer sends it directly. Outside Spain a logistics partner handles it, and there we publish no delivery estimate yet — we would rather not promise a number we haven't measured. Several decks: same price each
There is no volume discount, and saying so is more useful than implying one. The unit price is the same from one deck up to 19 in a single order; what you save by ordering together is the shipping, since it's charged once. From 3 decks up you can write to us for a quote, and above 19 you have to — the checkout stops there. One order is one design and one size, so a set of different designs is a set of orders.
What isn't a cost
- Designing. The editor is free, needs no account, and has no limit on attempts. You pay when you order the deck, not before.
- Setup or plate fees. The design is printed with UV inks onto a transfer film, so there is nothing to set up per design: one deck costs the same to make as the tenth.
- A reprint that's our fault. If the deck arrives damaged, if what's printed doesn't match what you sent, if the size is wrong or the parcel is lost, you get the full amount back or a reprint at no cost, whichever you prefer.

Do I have to pay to use the editor?
No. Designing is free, needs no account and has no limit on attempts. You can build a design, look at it in 3D on the board, leave and come back. Payment happens when you order the deck.
Are there setup or artwork fees?
No. The design is printed with UV inks onto a transfer film, so nothing has to be set up for each design and a single deck costs the same to produce as the tenth. There is no charge for uploading your own image either.
