Where We Ship: Spain, Most of the EU, and What Falls Outside

We ship to Spain and to 24 more countries of the European Union: all of them except Cyprus and Malta. Shipping inside Spain is free; to the rest it costs 15 to 25 € per order depending on the country, whether the order holds one deck or several. What we don't do is ship outside the EU, or to the territories that have the postcode of a country we serve but sit outside its VAT area. The map below is drawn by a script from the same rule the checkout applies, so it shows exactly what the checkout does — not one country more, not one less.

• Light blue: Spain, free shipping.
• Blue, 15 € per order: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal.
• Violet, 20 € per order: Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
• Purple, 25 € per order: Bulgaria, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Romania.
• Grey: we don't ship there (for now, that includes Cyprus and Malta).
• Hatched or numbered: has the postcode of a country we serve, but we don't ship there.

Spain: free, in 3–5 working days

The deck leaves the workshop within 72 hours and the carrier takes 3–5 working days to anywhere on the mainland or the Balearics. The printer ships it directly. The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are outside that, and there's a section below on why.

The rest of the EU: 15 to 25 € per order

Outside Spain there are three rates, depending on the country: 15, 20 or 25 € per order. It is charged once per order, however many decks it holds, and you see it in the checkout as soon as you pick the country, before paying. Shipping outside Spain is handled by a logistics partner that charges us by zone, and that's where the other difference lies: we don't publish a delivery time yet. We only started shipping outside Spain recently and would rather not promise a number we haven't measured. You get the tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves.

Which country falls under which rate is in the map's key, taken from the same table the checkout uses: 24 countries besides Spain.

Two cases that look doubtful and are in: the Azores and Madeira, which are inside the Portuguese VAT area and go at Portugal's rate, and Monaco, which uses French postcodes and goes through as France.

Where we don't ship

Outside the European Union

Any country not in the map's key: the checkout's dropdown doesn't offer it. In Europe that includes the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Andorra, Liechtenstein, the non-EU Balkans, Ukraine, Moldova and Türkiye. The reason is the same one as the Canary Islands: crossing the VAT border means the parcel arrives with import duty and customs handling charges that the person receiving it pays, and nobody would have told them before they paid us.

Cyprus and Malta, for now

They are in the European Union, but our logistics partner's rates don't cover them yet, and without a price we can show you before you pay we can't offer them: the checkout's dropdown leaves them out. Once they have a rate, they'll go on the map.

EU territories outside the VAT area

These are parts of countries we do ship to, which the European Union itself places outside its VAT territory. A parcel sent there leaves the VAT area and arrives with import taxes (IGIC in the Canaries, IPSI in Ceuta and Melilla) plus customs handling. Since we neither charge it nor can calculate it in advance, the checkout recognises the postcode and says so before you pay, rather than letting the surprise arrive at the door.

What if an order slips through from outside?

It shouldn't: the form and the server both check country and postcode before charging. If one gets through anyway, we cancel it and refund the full amount, shipping included.
